Ingredients

  • 400 g Tofu (extra firm works better!)
  • 8 tbsp Coconut aminos (you can use light soy sauce instead)
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle flakes
  • 8 tbsp Ground almond
  • 1 tbsp Garlic granules
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions

  • Put the pan at medium heat while you prepare the rest
  • Create squares with the tofu
  • Mix everything but the tofu and add it to the pan
  • Mix the tofu with the sauce and move it occasionally for about 10 minutes

Notes

  • I think it goes very well with peas, sauteed spinach and some almond butter on the side
  • You can combine with other veggies, for example: aubergine, tomatoes, potatoes, beans, etc.
