- 2 Sweet potatoes Preferably "long shaped ones" to make good ronuds!
- 1 tbsp Chipotle flakes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt Optional
- 2 tbsp Olive oil Optional, extra virgin for whole30 compliance
Make sure you have all the ingredients
Wash the sweet potatoes and remove blemishes and growths
Cut them into circles of the same depth (approximately :P)
Put an oven tray and add the olive oil. At this point Preheat the oven at 390 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 Celsius
Distribute the olive oil on both sides of the sweet potatoes
Add the pepper, the salt and the chipotle flakes
Put them in the oven for about 30 minutes
