  • Preheat the oven at 350 degrees farenheit or 180 celcius
  • Cut baking paper (non-stick!) and expand the dough with your hands. The ideal size is around 15 inches which is the size of the tray I normally use
  • Put the pizza dough in the oven and let it cook for about 10 minutes. Check it at 8 minutes and make sure it is cooking OK. You know it is ready when it is light brown!
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • This is a "harder" and a bit crunchier dough than the normal pizza dough
  • It has around 35g of protein per portion due to the use of vital wheat gluten. Depends on the exact brand you use of both flours
  • The taste is different! do not expect it to taste like normal pizza dough. If you like seitan, you'll probably enjoy this pizza dough
  • Calories are approximate, they can be more or less, depending on the specific flour you are using. I suggest checking labels and using weights instead of cups if you are counting calories
