- 4 tbsp Peanut butter It has to be very oily!
- 5 tbsp Ground almond Or 2 tbsp peanut flour
- 2 tbsp Agave syrup Date syrup works well, too!
- 3 tbsp Dark chocolate chunks Optional
Get your ingredients
Integrate all the ingredients in a bowl, it should look like this!
Use non-stick baking paper in a cookie tray
Form the cookies
Pre-heat the oven at 350 F or 180 C
Bake for 6-8 minutes
Basically, check at 6 minutes, and if the sides look cooked (goden brown) just take them out of the oven
Remove them from the oven, and even if they feel soft, as long as the sides are cooked, they'll solidify properly when they cool down, after approximately 10 minutes. Do not leave them in the oven! they will overbake! Also, you may need a plastic spatula to remove them from the baking paper

- These are grain-free gluten-free and flourless cookies! and they taste absolutely delicious! the only issue, is, perhaps that you will want more than 1!
