- 400 g Tofu (extra firm works better!)
- 8 tbsp Coconut aminos (you can use light soy sauce instead)
- 1 tbsp Chipotle flakes
- 8 tbsp Ground almond
- 1 tbsp Garlic granules
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil
Put the pan at medium heat while you prepare the rest
Create squares with the tofu
Mix everything but the tofu and add it to the pan
Mix the tofu with the sauce and move it occasionally for about 10 minutes
- I think it goes very well with peas, sauteed spinach and some almond butter on the side
- You can combine with other veggies, for example: aubergine, tomatoes, potatoes, beans, etc.
