High-protein spicy tofu tomatoes salad

Ingredients

  • 200 g Tofu
  • 2 Medium sized tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Aminos (or light soy sauce)
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chipotle flakes
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Garlic granules

Instructions

  • Make sure you have all the ingredients

  • Add the aminos, apple cider vinegar, chipotle flakes and garlic granules to a bowl and mix them
  • Chop the tomatoes into medium sized squares (small enough to eat with a spoon)
  • Chop the tofu in squares
  • add the tomatoes and the tofu to a bowl
  • add the tahini. It looks nicer if you "spread them witht he spook" intead of mixing everything together, and it tastes really good!
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • This is a relatively low calorie dish, ideal for summer as it is enjoyed more cold!
  • Skip the chipotle flakes if you do not like the spicy stuff
  • You can add more aminos if it feels too bland
