- 100 g cooked chickpeas
- 20 g Onion powder
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 tbsp Vegan stock
- 1 tbsp Green curry paste
- 10 g coriander (optional)
- 1/2 cup Plant-based milk (I like soy for the extra protein!)
Mix everything but the coriander and the chickpeas in the bowl, you can leave the green paste at the end to give it an interesting colour
Add the chickpeas
Mix the green paste to make it look like white and green
Decorate with coriander

- This recipe is super easy and it will last for some weeks on the fridge
- If you have more time, you can create a coriander dressing in the blender, it will make it taste soo good :) (coriander, onion, a bit of apple cider vinegar)
