Ingredients

  • 100 g cooked chickpeas
  • 20 g Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 tbsp Vegan stock
  • 1 tbsp Green curry paste
  • 10 g coriander (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Plant-based milk (I like soy for the extra protein!)

Instructions

  • Mix everything but the coriander and the chickpeas in the bowl, you can leave the green paste at the end to give it an interesting colour
  • Add the chickpeas
  • Mix the green paste to make it look like white and green
  • Decorate with coriander
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe is super easy and it will last for some weeks on the fridge
  • If you have more time, you can create a coriander dressing in the blender, it will make it taste soo good :) (coriander, onion, a bit of apple cider vinegar)
