Ingredients

  • 200 g Cooked chickpeas
  • 20 g Coriander
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes (or two chopped fresh chilies)
  • 4 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Tahini (optional!)
  • Salt to taste (1/2 teaspoon makes it for us)

Instructions

  • Put everything in the blender and blend until it is creamy
  • Add some chili flakes on top to decorate
  • Enjoy

Notes

  • If you cook the chickpeas yourself, one good trick is to add coriander and chili flakes to the boiling water plus some stock, this will give them a lot of flavour!
  • Once you try making your own hummus, there is no way back! it is just much better and tastier!
