Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Scoop Vivo life protein (caramel maca flavour). You can substitute with protein powder, obviously it needs to be "sweet" protein powder. Vanilla pea protein, for example :)
  • 1/2 cup porridge oats
  • 1 Large ripe banana
  • 100 g Berries for toppings
  • 1/2 cup Plant-based milk (we like soy milk)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  • add all the ingredients into the blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Heat at medium fire a non-stick pan (or a cast iron pan)
  • This will be enough for 3 medium-sized pancakes, but 26cm pan can only hold 2 at a time, so put two of them and sparse them evenly in the pan using a rubber spatula

  • Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for about 6 minutes
  • Flip the pancakes and cover them again for around 2 minutes
  • Do the same with the remaining dough
  • Stack the pancakes and add some berries between them
  • Enjoy!
