Ingredients
1/4cupChia seeds
3/4cupPlant-based milk (we recommend soy for the protein)
1teaspoonGround cinnamonoptional, but highly recommended!
1/4cupFrozen fruitoptional
1tbspCacao nibsoptional
1tbspMaple syrupoptional
Instructions
Add the chia seeds the milk, the cinnamon, and the fruit to a glass and mix it well
Wait for about 3 hours until it, well, looks like pudding :) many recipes say it needs more than 5 hours, but in my experience 3 is enough
Garnish with cacao nibs

Thicker milk, makes it take more time to turn into "pudding" hence also the recommendation of using soy milk, instead of other full fat milks, such as coconut full fat, or oat milk which tend to be ticker
Ground cinammon is a great addition! give it a try
I suggest that you try it without any sugar, you can add later maple syrup if you feel you need the sweetness!
