How to make kale chips

Ingredients

  • 200 g Kale
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Garlic granules
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Chili flakes
  • 40 g Hazelnuts/cachews/almonds

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven at 120 degrees Fahrenheit or 50 Celsius
  • Mix the oil with the garlic, paprika, chili flakes and salt in a cup
    Cup with chilies, oil, garlic, paprika
  • Massage the kale with the rest of the ingredients

  • Add the hazelnuts
  • Make sure that the leaves are just lightly covered with the mix, too much of it will make the kale burn in the oven
  • Put in the oven for 10 minutes

Notes

  • This is a healthy alternative to normal chips
  • Olive oil are just empty calories, so use the least amount possible
  • Water with olive oil is to make sure you have enough mix to cover all the kale
  • This can go very well inside a burger, with pizza or as a snack to share with friends!
  • Be careful with chilies, putting to much will make it super spicy!
  • Garlic granules work best! but feel free to chop garlic by yourself in small pieces
