Get your ingredients ready
Turn on the oven at 390 degrees Farenheit or 200 Celsius
Add the vital wheat gluten to a bowl
Add the dry vegetable stock powder and the white pepper and mix
Add the lemon and oil and mix again, note that the dough will feel very 'wet', this is fine because it will go in the oven and lose some significant moisture, and this will prevent it from over drying
Now add the water and mix everything very well
Form about 16 pieces. They need to be very small, about 2/3 of the size of chicken wings, because they will get bigger once in the oven
Lay them in the tray
Put them in the oven for about 25 minutes or until they look very light brown on the outside
Bathe them in Buffalo sauce and leave them to rest for about 10 minutes
