<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Como cocinar el arroz perfecto</h2>



<p>Existen varias páginas en inglés con buenas guías para cocinar el arroz perfecto, pero ¡no encontré una en español de buena calidad! Haré una entrada específica para ello. Mientras tanto, les sugiero las siguientes recomendaciones:</p>

<li>Lee la etiqueta. Cada arroz tiene una manera y cantidades diferentes de ser cocinado. Esto parece trivial, pero a veces olvidamos hacerlo <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></li>



<li>La regla de oro suele ser 2.5 tazas de agua por cada taza de arroz.</li>



<li>Procura revisarlo cada 5 minutos y cocinar a fuego medio.</li>



<li>Agregar una cucharada de aceite puede evitar que se pegue, pero realmente no es necesario si lo revisas constantemente.</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Propiedades del arroz integral</h2>



<p>El arroz integral es rico en carbohidratos complejos que si estás en un régimen de ejercicio es ideal para ayudarte a aumentar la masa muscular. Además de eso, es una opción mejor que el arroz blanco, ya que contiene todas las partes del grano sin ser refinado como el arroz blanco.
