Wondering how to make kale chips? it is super easy: combine some olive oil with garlic powder, salt, and other species, then add some water and bathe the kale with it. Put into the oven for about 10 minutes and voilá!
I like it spicy and with some nuts like hazelnuts or cashews, but feel free to add anything that you think it will make it taste great!
Is Kale good for you?
Yes, it is, in fact, one of the most nutrient-dense foods! It has vitamins such as B6, C, and A. It is also rich in fiber and manganese. More info about hale on this link from Harvard education.
This recipe goes very well with the protein-vegan steak, or the scrambled tofu Mexican style!

How to make kale chips
Ingredients
- 200 g Kale
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Garlic granules
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes
- 40 g Hazelnuts/cachews/almonds
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven at 120 degrees Fahrenheit or 50 Celsius
- Mix the oil with the garlic, paprika, chili flakes and salt in a cup
- Massage the kale with the rest of the ingredients
- Add the hazelnuts

Notes
- This is a healthy alternative to normal chips
- Olive oil are just empty calories, so use the least amount possible
- Water with olive oil is to make sure you have enough mix to cover all the kale
- This can go very well inside a burger, with pizza or as a snack to share with friends!
- Be careful with chilies, putting to much will make it super spicy!
- Garlic granules work best! but feel free to chop garlic by yourself in small pieces
