10-minute Chickpea tahini bowl
Quick, easy, nutritious and delicious chickpea bowl!

Ingredients
- 100 g cooked chickpeas
- 20 g Onion powder
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 tbsp Vegan stock
- 1 tbsp Green curry paste
- 10 g coriander (optional)
- 1/2 cup Plant-based milk (I like soy for the extra protein!)
Instructions
- Mix everything but the coriander and the chickpeas in the bowl, you can leave the green paste at the end to give it an interesting colour
- Add the chickpeas
- Mix the green paste to make it look like white and green
- Decorate with coriander
- Enjoy!
Notes
- This recipe is super easy and it will last for some weeks on the fridge
- If you have more time, you can create a coriander dressing in the blender, it will make it taste soo good 🙂 (coriander, onion, a bit of apple cider vinegar)
