Tofu with spicy chipotle and ground almond sauce
Ingredients
- 400 g Tofu (extra firm works better!)
- 8 tbsp Coconut aminos (you can use light soy sauce instead)
- 1 tbsp Chipotle flakes
- 8 tbsp Ground almond
- 1 tbsp Garlic granules
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil
Instructions
- Put the pan at medium heat while you prepare the rest
- Create squares with the tofu
- Mix everything but the tofu and add it to the pan
- Mix the tofu with the sauce and move it occasionally for about 10 minutes
Notes
- I think it goes very well with peas, sauteed spinach and some almond butter on the side
- You can combine with other veggies, for example: aubergine, tomatoes, potatoes, beans, etc.
